Monthly subscriptions
CarPulse sells digital software subscriptions (Basic €24.99/month, Premium €49.99/month). You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial-period (pro-rata) refunds for time already elapsed.
10-day Premium intro (€1)
The €1 introductory charge for the 10-day Premium intro is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time before day 10 to avoid the €49.99 monthly renewal.
First payment or charges in error
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@carpulse.it and we will review your request.
How refunds are processed
Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
